This is a great Ted talk on how to be more resilience.

In a nutshell, for every one negative thought replace it with 3 positive actions

Physical Action- don't sit still, move

Emotional Action- visual baby animals

Mental Action - count backwards by 7s

Social Action - shake someones hand or send a thank you text
