I am totally wiped out on day 2!!

Has anybody else done this?

What do you think of it?

I am so loving the fact I have found something where I like the guy training you- I find him so encouraging and look at those abs!!!

How's everyone else getting on with it?

I like the module that ends with him just lying on the floor- saying "this shit is bananas!" if it knocks him down, then holy crap! I used to love insanity, but now that I broke my shoulder, I don't foresee a way to do it anymore :(

My coworkers are in the workout room right now doing Insanity. I'm hiding out waiting for them to finish so I can do my (comparatively!) wussy Jillian Michaels workout. I've done Insanity with them and holy hell. The pain the next day!

Was doing really good with P90X3 (30 minute workout)

Then i pulled my back really badly and was going to start the process over this week. I have been down for too long to pick up where i left off and continue i think. I was a month in.

I love the 30 minute workouts...the only thing i really wish though was that they added at least 5 minutes of stretch that you could do as an option. I usually just do it myself, but it would be nice to get a little more structure to it.

Him: 39 MH
New online find 6/19/14 - shit
Phone Find 11/21/14 - I can't even right now.
1/26/15 - Started IC for me, DH won't go.

I am aching real bad today but, so far, I am really enjoying it!

I am hoping that I will be able to do a full press up by the end of the programme though as my upper body strength is rubbish!!

DD did it last summer. She complained every day but did it like a boss! She got into great shape from it. I just bought her his T25 workout for her birthday to give her on Friday. ShaunT went to her school and did a workout with them. She loves him.

Authentic- trust me... I am screaming like a little bitch every time I do it but I love it.

I aim to finish this workout and then keep going.

It is getting slightly less painful as the stretches really do loosen up those muscles.

Who knows- I MAY even post a before and after if I get great results.... but only if I get a six pack to brag about

Good luck and good job even trying. I did a couple of days with her last summer and said F*&^ this!
