Our dear friend was diagnosed with stage 4 esophageal cancer 2weeks ago... He will have chemo treatment starting next week.... The docs can't remove it (its baseball size).. Our friend just turned 62, worked out twice a day and eat healthy...for the life of me we cant figure our how he got this... I know from my research no one really knows how you develope that kind of cancer....

My SO took it very hard because they just met and became fast friends... He's from Panama so they have alot in common... Its really sad...but there is a little bright side...he has a lady friend in Panama that he's known over 30 yrs that will be moving to the states next month... She's a nurse so she will take good care of him...actually she offered to come to the states to be with him....i thought that was selfless of her...

He's the reason my SO and i decided to build a house. We are in the same neighborhood , actually one block away...he was going to get a one story and saw the one we are getting and bought the same one...lol!!! He's all moved in and we are still wsiting for ours to finish...

2015 It's time to get Fit, Fine, and more Fabulous. Come and join me.
