Compared to your spread? Nothing.

Egg white omelet with spinach, tomato, and a touch of sharp cheddar. And coffee, naturally.

I ignored breakfast (except for the ancient grains chips and decaf while watching the gold medal hockey game) and went directly to lunch--pear/raspberry/toasted walnuts/blue cheese salad with my homemade creamy vinaigrette. Mmmmm. Want some more.

Since we were up early to watch Canada play for ice hockey supremacy this morning, it was Timmies coffee!

Your spread sounds wonderful!

We had us some blueberry waffles, smoked applewood bacon, and sausage.

So nice to eat breakfast as a family and not be in a rush!

If you keep asking people to give you the benefit of the doubt, they will eventually start to doubt your benefit.

Eggs, bacon and whole wheat toast... but it wasn't until noon, so I guess it was brunch.

Spareribs are slowly cooking on the grill for dinner.

I'm home alone with the fur-people, so I opted for a nice tall cup of coffee which I enjoyed slowly while reading for a couple of hours.

Almonds and a diet dr pepper. Pretty much the same as every other day now. Sometimes I'll have an omelette, but usually raw almonds and a diet dr pepper.
