…is running!!

I never in a million years did I think I could run. I'm comfortably running 2 miles 3x a week, and a friend has persuaded me to train for a 1/2 marathon end of Sept. In November 2013 I couldn't run for a minute!

It's such a great stress relief - I finish my run ready to take on the world. I run with a smile too.

My body is changing too - in 4 months, and with careful eating, I'm down 22lbs!! Yay.

Just wanted to share…..life can bring us unexpected happiness x

Good for you!!! Great stress release, good for the body, and you're down some pounds too. Way to go!

Congratulations! Did you do the Couch to 5K program or did you 'just do it'?
