Last night, my neighbor told me that a family member bought a vehicle from wxh. He did not forward the sales tax to the State.

This person has contacted the state police and is pressing charges. The police are looking for him, and can't find him.

Shit's getting interesting.

Colour me astonished. This is someone he knew, right?

I'm glad everyone is getting to see who he really is.

I may have reached a point where I'd piss on him if he was on fire.... eventually!!

No, he had a business which was our joint business until we divorced.

This was a customer. This is really bad.

So he's basically gassing up the karma bus on his own?

Williesmom, can this effect you at all? Say charges are brought against him, would you loose any money?

Not paying sales tax is usually the beginning of the end of a business.

Kajem- I've been away from his business for 4+ years. I really did everything I could think of to remove myself from him and his mess because I saw this coming a long time ago.

Unfortunately, this is a small town and everyone knows that I was part of this at one time.

The only thing that I couldn't take care of was the house in which he lives. He refused to remove me from the deed. We financed it with the owner, so his non payment won't affect my credit rating.

The former owner has not contacted me regarding any payment issues, so I hope that's not an issue.

It's sales tax for a dealership, hitch are governed by certain rues and regs in PA because of issues just like this.

I spoke to WXH's sister today about it, and their parents are very concerned. They have given him money many times, and he still doesn't have a job.

It's a mess.

Must be nice to not have to clean up his mess anymore. Hopefully you'll just be able to sit back and enjoy the show.
