I am totally feeling like a crazy person. I am really struggling with smells. His cologne in particular. It triggers an emotion and physical response. Unfortunately, there is a gentleman in the office who wears the same cologne and it causes the same response. I have had to walk out of the office and compose myself more than once. He luckily works on the opposite side but our paths cross every so often. I almost want to get a bottle and just try some immersion therapy. Douse everything in my room for a month. Does that sound too crazy? Am I finally losing my mind?

Did you tell your husband that his cologne triggers you? He should give you the bottle and some safety glasses, and let you slam the bottle down on the hardest, most likely to shatter the bottle surface you can find.
