What do these people think that you need to be more *mindful* of?
I did a bit of research on mindfulness about 4ish years ago (so it's a bit blurry), but it is just a way of saying "don't let your emotions run the show", "think before you act/accuse/assume", iirc. "Oh, what a tangled web we weave when first we practice to deceive." - Sir Walter Scott
