I'm assuming it's pretty normal for me to feel empty and shell-like right now, but it feels like absolute shit.

Just keep hanging in there, rough day after rough day, and more and more you will feel like yourself again. This is the worst part. Just be good to yourself and keep up the healthy choices, and keep putting one foot in front of the other.
