Question about Performance Review tomorrow

I really want to ask for a raise. But, I received exceeds requirements in areas (continous quality and accountability) I received Meets requirements in (customer focus and technical/functional expertise, decisiveness/judgement, collaboration, open communication) the oversll rating and perf summary is Exceeds requirements....

I've been working/cross training in another dept since 2009 ....but i do not have the title...but I do the work....i'm not sure how to go anout asking or do i wait and see??

I thought i would get one sny wau bc i now have a degree.. Or does yhat even matter?

What say you?

If they do not offer one, I would ask. I would Al's have done my research to see what the pay should be for the position so if they offer you one and it is not up to par, you can counter.

Idkam, I would definitely inquire about a raise. But like pentup said, do some research! Best of luck and tons of raise mojo to you!

Thank you pentup and cinnamon....

I went to salary calculator and put in data mgmnt analyst and it gave me info on DM director and senior mgmnt etc...

Any other places i should look?

Yipppee!!! Thanks for the mojo it worked.... My boss told me he has put in a merit raise for me as well as a title change ....i was so exited i forgot to ask how much... it was like he knew what was on my mind...

Well i guess i will find out later....
