Last September a boy in my area went missing, but it was not reported until December when his older sister went to school and told her teachers she didnt know where her brother was.

His mother and her boyfriend were both arrested. ...the case has also caused a lot of controversy for the department of children and families (dcf) as they were involved with the family but didn't follow the proper protocol. ...

Anyways, a small body was found today in a nearby town and it is believed to belong to the missing boy. I am so sad that this poor little child lost his life, but at the same time and relieved that maybe now his family will have some peace.

What a sick twisted world we live in.

I don't get why children must/do suffer. It is sooooooo sucky.

I remember that...his pos mom and her pos boyfriend are the prime suspects afaik.

I think the deepest hole in hell is reserved for mothers who allow their fucking BOYFRIENDS to hurt their children.

I'm a work in progress.

I live two towns over from where the little boy was found.

Too bad this didn't happen in one of the southern states since the mother and boyfriend would get the death penalty. Instead they will get life in prison on the taxpayer's dime (including free room and board, food, and medical)

From what I have seen on the news and in the newspapers, the biological father was no prize either. Once all this hit the news a couple of months ago, he thought he was father of the year during the press interviews. Then he got busted in NYC for some drug offense. A writer of the Worcester Telegram called him a "sperm donor" rather than the father.

Toonces,

We must be neighbors! I live 40 minutes from where he was found and drove right by that spot the day before!

The whole situation makes me sick to my stomach. ..I can't even imagine...

Greetings from the Mt Wachusett area!

I used to drive near where they found him.

I had a 3 month contractor job in Leominster that recently ended. I'd drive route 62 East into Sterling, then up Route 12 north. They found him near the Rt-190 interchange with Route 12.

Totally agree.

What gets me are all the children out there right now living in hell. Their stories just haven't hit the press. It's a sick, sick world we live in.
