Has anyone done mediation on a weekend? Or in the evening? I can't take time off from my brand new job, and I'm worried.
Thank you!

I think we could have, but we used a private mediator. I have the summers off, so we went at times that worked for my x. I can't remember what time of day they were, but I know it was daylight. Sorry, probably not much help.

Thank you. My attorneys want me to try to take a day off from work, but I just started a job last week, and I already have to take time off for the trial. It's not going to happen.
It will be a private mediator. And the process will be a joke.
