I'm feeling pretty positive today, so I thought I would share. I just joined Shapes fitness and I love it. I've had a gym membership but with my little one it was hard to find time to go and by the time i could it was so late. I needed to find something to keep me a little occupied and something for myself. Shapes has kid care so I don't need to worry about that, I've tried out a few classes and I love Zumba. It might sound crazy but I bought a year membership and I feel like it was a gift to myself. It's been soo long since I've done anything for myself and it feels good. The workouts have helped so much with my anxiety/stress.

Taking care of you and focusing on your healing is the best way to walk through this trauma. Good for you! !

Agreed! Keep it up. You will benefit greatly from this and any other steps you can take toward bettering yourself.
