Hearing a lot about this lately. A few friends want to take challenge and have me do it with them.
Anyone try it? Opinions or Reviews?
I don't really have weight to lose, but it would be nice to tone up. A new session just started I guess and you still can join. Just throwing it out there to see before my friends talk me into something.

If you have a facebook page, so does the program you can get the updates even 'free' trials of diet and program etc.
I haven't tried have considered it, but I have heard you are expected to do 3 hours plus of exercise each day, unfortunately I don't have the time for that.
If you google reviews of it you'll find a mixed bag of responses.
