MH has now programmed it so you (general term)have the option of upgrading your account to only reflect an annual payment versus monthly increments if you prefer to have it billed that way.

A few members have let us know that they would like an annual payment option for the convenience of reconciling their cc statements.

If you do want to change, please contact me or another Staff member and we'll make sure to cancel out your current subscription and add the annual payment option for you.

Thanks DS. Do you guys notice us when the annual is due? Cause, uh, I have no idea when I owe money. lol

It's an automated billing cycle, so if you're on an annual payment option it will be the 12th month on the date you originally signed up on.

And if that card I used is no longer valid, you'll send me a PM telling me I suck and need to pay up? LOL I had to get new everything after the Target breach, so just checking.

Crap, you got caught up in the Target issue? That's too bad!!!

Actually I get a notice when any cc's have expired or are no longer valid and than I go into that members account and manually downgrade them back to None.

But I can note your account to notify you if first if I get a notice from our merchant account

Wasn't your fault. My dumb card expired and I updated every other site/account but SI. Der.

Talk about slight (ok, major) panic when I realized the "forget/follow" option was gone.

Can you put a note on my file as well to contact me if the card doesn't go through because I am changing banks and can not seem to figure out which card I purchased SI with?
