Has anyone tried it? There is a girl I used to work with who I still have on Facebook. She's always been very overweight and unhealthy but this year started at a gym and I've been watching her progress as I think it's great she's making a change.

Her trainers at the gym have gotten her onto Isagenix, she's losing weight but posts often about how terrible she feels on her "detox" (fast) days her trainers keep replying that it's the toxins leaving her body and to make sure she exfoliates

It seems like a massive pyramid, marketing scheme to me. Of course you will lose weight by severely restricting calories with chemical based meal replacements and two days of intermittent fasting a week. Yet I'm find myself strangely drawn to it too!

Would love to hear experiences

We make our own fortunes and call them fate, and what better excuse to choose a path then to insist it's our destiny.
