I've been overseas in Germany for a year and finally got an interview at the pharmacy on post. I haven't worked in over seven years and am a little nervous, but also excited to get back to work. My question for ya'll is: how do you answer the questions about strengths, weaknesses, and all those other frustrating questions that I've never known how to answer? I suck at talking about myself and have no idea how to answer them, especially now that it's been so long since I've done anything other than school. Another question (probably a stupid one): does it matter if I wear my hair up or down? Is one way more professional than the other?

I think you will do fine with the questions regarding strengths and weaknesses. Previous real life work examples can go a long way.
I have no advice on the hair, as I have none.
Best of luck, and keep us posted!
Sending lots of mojo.
