I owe a big thank you to whoever mentioned in a post that they use chopping wood as an anger outlet. I woke up FURIOUS this morning. I got really belligerent and demeaning to WH. So I marched out back, got an axe (at this point he probably $h!t himself), and went to town on some tree stumps on our property. Man, watching them crumble under my blows was so cathartic! I highly recommend it! So thank you to whoever mentioned it!

I'm not sure who it was, but it's a brilliant idea. I would have loved to have seen the look on your WH's face when you picked up that big ole axe!!

Lol that sounds like a pretty fantastic moment to have had hidden cameras around recording his face with every wack you took. I don't have an ax or any trees to cut down but that does sound so good! Good for you for finding a healthy outlet :)
