As a wellness/health coach role in my job I absolutely HATE these programs.
You want a quick easy weight loss? Do Atkins or an Atkins style weight loss program. At least then you are getting clean protein.
You want to loose weight and keep it off the rest of your life? Then you have to make real changes that are sustainable. Eating and drinking premade bars, and shakes aint gonna get it done. The human body craves textures, and flavors, and crunch, and squish, and everything inbetween. You deny it too long, then you just go right back to the bad habits.
Your body has it's own wonderful way of cleansing itself. Quit eating crap, and start eating lots of fresh veggies, and limit your fruits initially, when you start losing slowly increase complex carbs, and fruits. Quit eating anything with "High Fructose Corn Syrup" in it.
Save your money, and go to the local produce market, and local butcher shop, and stock up on stuff that is sustainable, and healthy. Not this junk.
