So, we've been seeing some phenomenal weather here in western PA recently.
So, for the past several evenings, I've been letting the dogs out to play in the yard while I do yoga for a while. It is so relaxing, and I feel so much better afterward- more centered and clearly able to focus.
If someone had told me that this would be my life 10 years ago, I never would have believed it. Or even comprehended.

For those of us without acreage in the country 
there's Yoga in the Park--you can google to see if it's coming to your area.
My local state park is hosting yoga on summer Saturday mornings starting next weekend. I'm really looking forward to it
