I never get gut sick. I mean NEVER.
I am on day 3 of some nastiness. I finally thought I could have some real food.
Got some soup and bread bowl from Panera.....Wishing death would arrive now....
Please make me feel better intime to enjoy my weekend. PLEASE!!!!

I remember reading that the Norovirus had mutated... into a longer lasting version of the nasty bug. It used be horrible awful, but if you survived 24 hours, it was all a memory. Now it lingers for 3 or 4 days...

Stay away from the soup! White bread, white rice (or 50/50 white/brown rice mixture), applesauce, bananas. Scrambled egg if you can handle it.
And take some probiotics (jarridophilus is the best!) - I swear they help with just about every tummy ailment out there, from food poisoning to parasites.

Thanks for the kind thoughts and words.
Was finally better by lunchtime yesterday.
Ama- I needed the soup, the bland salt with bread, hydrate and plug things up if you know what I mean.
I also take a daily probiotic (have for longer than most people have known what they are).
Knights- I had some from when my DD was ill a while back. It did help tremendously.
