I have to get up in 4.5 hours and me and my co-worker have 30 something lawns to mow plus hedge trimming at a few properties.

I've really been having trouble getting to sleep at night lately.

I'm going to try and get some sleep now. I'm going to hate tomorrow.

Same here - I've always had insomnia, even as a kid.

I take Benadryl or Tylenol PM if I need to sleep.

I hope today is better than you thought it would be.

Have you tried to use Melatonin? I have been having problems staying asleep; falling asleep is not an issue but I wake up at around 2.00 a.m. and can't go back to sleep. Melatonin has helped me to sleep through so that I can get at least 6 hours and sometimes even 8 when I get lucky.

I have used melatonin and it does work well for me. I just didn't take it last night. By the time I realized that I wasn't going to sleep it was so late that I was afraid to be half asleep still at work.

You might want to try this:

Deep Sleep hypnosis app with hypnotist Darren Marks

You can get the app on your phone or tablet.
