I took my kids to a restaurant for lunch yesterday and the World Cup was on. So, we all sat in the bar area (at a table) to watch the game and eat. This is at an upscale mall area, lots of business people coming in for lunch. Very few people in the bar area, but a couple of guys watching the game.
I'm wearing a maxi dress, but a little cleavage showing. Very appropriate for hanging out with my kids on a hot day.
A guy about my age comes in and sits at the bar. I feel him checking me out when he comes in, and I ignore it. He is sitting in front of us (but his back to us), under the TV, so I can't help but look his general direction while my son and I were discussing the game.
Every chance he gets, he looks back at me and I make sure to not make eye contact. Then, I watch him ogle every woman that walks in the restaurant. Like, his head is spinning around so much I'm surprised he can eat.
I finally catch a glance at his hand…wedding band.
It made me sick. It took everything I had to not walk up to him and tell him I feel sorry for his wife. If my kids weren't with me…I just may have.

Her prize is a man who ran out on his wife and children. His is a woman who is too stupid to understand that she is not special, she is simply there.

My ex was with OW but he and I went to a restaurant for our kid's birthday. I'm surprised he didn't get whiplash. He also flirted with the waitress. Made me feel pretty good that OW was getting the same respect from him that I did.

It has to be a full moon or something. My bestie and I went to a craft beer festival where you could sample lots of different beers. I poured out one of my samples and got in line for another one. A guy behind me, "Excuse me…I saw you pour out your beer and just wondered why?' I replied, "Oh, I'm a light weight and just want to try something different."
I got my new beer and walked back to BFF. He FOLLOWED me, then started talking to us, and I noticed his wedding ring.
After a few minutes of chatting, where it was pretty obvious he was drunk, I excused us and walked away. My bestie said, "It was just talking to a drunk guy…."
I wonder if I will always look at the world different after infidelity. I didn't see that as innocent. Granted, he didn't say anything inappropriate, but he clearly was watching me and followed me and was looking for an open opportunity to talk to me. Wonder what his wife would think??
Why can't a single guy do that to me?
