Well that's a way to kill a workout!

I went to the gym today (been a week as I was out of commission last week nursing a bug). I was doing my cardio on the elliptical when all of a sudden this guy walked up right next to me and puked all over the floor. The smell hit me so hard. I immediately stopped the machine and got off.

I couldn't be anywhere around it the smell was so overwhelming. So I did just weights today - kettle bells. Not as intense as my normal workout and kind of annoyed that it killed my first day back. Still, if I tried to be there I would have puked. Just walking by it to get the kettle bells made my stomach turn...

@Myname - that was nearly my response, hence the reason I was sans cardio today...

I'm normally the person that would say "come on suck it up and push through it. No excuses. Finish the workout" but if it were me I would have called it a day and gone home. Good for you to just move to another area of the gym.
