Anyone have any suggestions for basic yoga videos that are are for beginners to yoga, but athletes, and not into kumbaya?

Check out Yoga Today. It's like Netflix for yoga, with different levels, types, teachers, length of video, focus of the class. Lots of beginner stuff. I think you can get a two week free trial. I would check it out before paying for other videos, especially if you would like some variety in classes and levels as you go.

WH#2 (SorryinSac)- Killed himself (May 2015) in our home 6 days after being served divorce docs.
XWH #1 - legally married 18yrs. 12+ OW (that I know of).
I edit often for clarity/typos.

I like the simply yoga app. Has 3 free workouts, 20,40 & 60 minutes that you can use over and over.

There is a little "kumbaya"
but I've yet to find videos I enjoy more than Ana Brett and Ravi Singh
