OK, "hell-no-ers," have at it

TrulyReconciled posted 7/8/2014 15:58 PM

And once you've mastered that ... time for the Subaru Human Catapult:

jo2love posted 7/8/2014 16:09 PM

OMG. Wth?! I don't like when my DD rocks the seat on the ferris wheel. Forget this.

TR - Would you do either of those?

I would do the slide feet first.

Human Catapult? Oh HELL no. As predicted.

Head first down that slide. No questions asked. Sweet!!!

Passing on the Subaru dealy. WTF?

h0peless posted 7/8/2014 16:41 PM

I'd totally do the slip and slide. I'd totally shit myself in front of the whole crowd of people on the Subaru catapult. No thanks!

sisoon posted 7/8/2014 17:23 PM

1) nfw. 2) NFW!

thebighurt posted 7/8/2014 17:31 PM

^^^^^^ @ Sisoon!

I'd try the waterslide but not head first. And there would be screaming involved. And nothing so fancy as a flip. More like a windmill on steroids.

The catapult - no way in hell. I wouldn't even watch someone else do it. Yikes.

Cally60 posted 7/8/2014 20:32 PM

I was scared just watching! Silly me, thinking that the soccer result would be the most amazing thing I'd see today.....

PS That lake and river must be incredibly deep, for the catapult chap in particular not to crack his skull open on the bottom. Where are they?

That red thing on his back is a parachute. Still, no thanks!

Now THAT's the spirit!

Frankly, I think the human catapult might actually be safer, given the helmet and chute.

Fun to watch, though.

"Oh wait, what time did they say the next train would be coming by???"

"Bridge Day" BASE jumping at the 876 foot drop at the New River Gorge Bridge in Fayette, WV. Without a chute you'd make a hell of a splash or thud. "Clean up in aisle 6" in either case.

Well, that presupposes I didn't pass out when I was flung from the catapult and can pull the cord to open the chute! It would likely be the splat or thud!
