You know how we always talk about "The Script" that cheaters follow? Well somebody published it. While perusing my local library, I came upon "The Script: the 100% Absolutely Predictable Things Men Do When They Cheat" by Elizabeth Landers and Vicky Mainzer.
It has chapters titles that I have seen here over and over again:
"I Would Never Do That"
"You Need to See a Psychiatrist"
"She Doesn't Understand Me"
"I Found My Soul Mate"
Dropping the Bomb
There's Always Someone Else, Always
"You'll Be Better Off Without Me"
"I'm Going to Take Care of You"
"I'm Not Sleeping with Her" or "We're Not Having Sex"
"It's Your Responsibility to Keep Things Civil and Nice"
"If You'd Just Shut Up, Everything Would Be Okay"
I apologize if this is old news here at SI, but I just had to share. I'm at the point in my healing now that I find this book funny as hell, and dead on accurate.
