You are important and you matter. Your feelings matter. Your voice matters. Your story matters. Your life matters. Always.

My grandfather used to say

"If you like to live and thrive, let the spiders stay alive"

Love isn't what you say, it's what you do.

The only spiders I kill are Brown Recluse and Black Widow, the others stay and take care of bugs and stuff, we have an understanding.

I applaud their ability to keep down the other insect populations, but they need to stay the hell out of my house (and my car)! If they would just do that, I think we'd be sort of okay...

... although the other day when I was weedwhacking in the garden and I flushed a whole herd of big wolf spiders, well, that involved a lot of screaming. But since they were stampeding away from my house, I let them go without too much stomping.

I'm done here; sick of 2 x 4s

Read that^^^ book when I was a kid. Ever since then I let spiders do their thing. Unless they start crawling on me, then its game on!
