There is a woman where I work that I really like. She's smart, and sweet, and very pretty. The most unkind thing I have ever heard her say about anyone was that they "aren't to bright are they?" A good Christian woman and what my mother would call a true lady. I don't see her everyday but know her well enough to stop and talk for a few minutes if we see each other in the hall. She's got a good husband and a sweet step daughter that's about 5. I was discussing her with another co-worker and made the comment about how much I liked and admired her. Then I had a bomb dropped on me. The step daughter is the product of her husbands affair. I had no idea. Here is a woman who always conducts herself with grace and kindness. Goes out of her way for so many people. And she and her husband have a wonderful marriage despite the affair and its aftermath. I truly hope I have, and can find, that much grace and courage and love within myself. Just wanted to post what I know of her story because it certainly helped me and I'm hoping it will help someone else to.

That is inspiring. She definitely is a graceful person. Thank you for sharing this.

Thanks tremble for this story. I think we need to hear these positives, I think we all tend to feel like our affair experiences are like the end of the world and I guess for a while they are, but they don't have to define us and they don't have to be the end of the people we are inside! There is always hope and it's nice to be reminded of it!
