Any fun plans?
I'm having one of my sisters over tonight, and catching up with a friend from high school tomorrow. Sunday is free and Monday I'm off so it should be a good balance of fun and relaxing

Camping tomorrow. I have to leave the house by 7:45, can I do it?! I have hot dogs and s'mores supplies ready for the group of friends I'm going with--a lot of new people and one good friend, so excited to develop some new friendships.
Tonight dinner for a friend's birthday and maybe stopping at a comedy show to meet other friends.
Nice weather here!
Happy weekend folks...

What weekend?
I have to work this weekend, and perhaps the next three. Bleh.

@Sazzy, boo, sorry your work has been so hectic
Is the work climate getting any better?
@norabird, that sounds like a fantastic weekend! Leaving the house before 9 for anything other than work or school has always been a challenge for me

Out for a fancy dinner to celebrate my siblings' birthdays this evening; we usually have a blast and are a raucous bunch!
Tomorrow I'm getting things together for our little mini-vacation and will probably attend a summer rehearsal for my singing group.
Sunday-- leave for mini-vacation with kids! So excited!
Have a great weekend, everyone!

Cat sitting my sister's cat while she away on her husband's company dime. The sister who routinely proclaims she never gets to go anywhere. This is the 4th trip in a year. Sigh.
Then I'm also working on Sunday. Double Sigh.

Planning to visit an artist friend at a local art festival on Saturday. Catch up on laundry, clean bathrooms, vacuum main floor, grocery shop. Do a little cooking, a lot of reading, a bike ride or two.
Sorry for the peeps that have to work. Blech.

Working weekends truly sucks. Sorry for you all.
Been fighting off a virus all week, so far I'm winning but I'm t-i-r-e-d. Currently lying down and contemplating wine and a Netflix marathon. It's supposed to rain tomorrow, we need it.

I was off today, continuing my string of 3 day weekends.
Today, I went to the city to see a new antique store and got some clothes.
Tomorrow, I'll try to stain my deck and then have to work at a catering event.

Today Teslet and I did some garage sale-ing. Finished up a couple of assignments for my master's coursework.
Tomorrow, I'm getting the house put back together after having family in town and working on house projects. Also - more garage sales, as Teslet is smitten.
Sunday morning I need to get a long run in and then Teslet and I will do whatever we feel like...because we can.

Weekend's already ruined. Get all dressed up (my finest T shirt and matching slides) and a stupid haze cloud kills the sunset on Anna Maria Island. Stupid Gulf of Mexico......It's almost enough to demand a refund for the free parking. I'll cry into my blackened Grouper sandwich and Stella.
