Two to start off this beautiful Monday morning:

It takes a lot of strength and courage to put the past behind you and stand up and say: Ē I will not let it define me.Ē To push forward and create the life that you truly deserve.

Never try to convince somebody of your worth. If a person doesnít appreciate you, they donít deserve you. Respect yourself and be with people who truly value ďyouĒ!

Love the idea of Motivational Monday. Today I saw a meme on my FB feed of a quote from Voltare: "Dont let yesterday take up too much of today". Trying that for today.

I went to a rascal flatts concert and found a new one that really touched me

'every time you get up and get back in the race, one more small piece of you starts to fall into place'.

I love that one!

Great Idea tryin2

Much needed on my end. So I have been chanting:

The way you treat yourself sets the standard for others on how you demand to be treated. Don't settle for anything other than respect. If they don,t respect, appreciate, and value you then they don't deserve you!

Thank you for reminding me that I am in charge of my outcome.

Be strong and know when enough is enough. Take your stand, speak up and refuse to let others hurt you. Throughout your lifetime some people will discredit you, disrespect you and treat you poorly for no apparent reason at all. Donít consume yourself with trying to change them or win their approval. And donít make any space in your heart to hate them. You donít have control over what others think about you, but you do have control over how you decide to internalize their opinions. Leave them to their own judgments. Let people love you for who you are, and not for who they want you to be. Or let them walk away if they choose. They canít harm you either way; itís their understanding that is faulty, not yours.
