My husband's AP is half his age, he is 42 and she is 23. She is only 5 years older than our oldest DD. The affair is bad enough, but the fact that she is so young is something that I am having a hard time dealing with. Was wondering if there are other SI members out there with a cradle robber WS.

The prostitute is in her early 20's. I find it icky. But the media always pairs middle aged men with young hot women.

My ex's new Dad was a cradle robber. She was 31 and he was 46 at the time. Talk about daddy issues. Two years later, it actually makes me laugh. They are both so pathetic.

@k9 I know, I know, I shouldn't give it space in my head. It is just hard not to.

He would flip his lid if our DD was dating someone that old. He was giving her a hard time a couple of weeks ago because she was hanging out with college guys, they're only two years older than her. When I pointed this out to him, he was completely defensive, and was like 'don't even try to say it's the same...' Seriously?!

My husband was 37 and she was 20. He said he didn't realize she was that young because she was tending bar and drinking (overseas they don't have the same rules as in the states). He just assumed she was around 25- which is still pretty bad. I remember saying "Jeez, why didn't you just hit on your daughter's friends, you pervert!". He is now very embarrassed about it.

I never win at anything. Seriously. So how pathetic that I get to win at this...my H was 53 and she was 24. The same age as our son, 5 years older than our daughter. I think the booby prize goes to me😁

Happily divorced after seven years of false R and TT. I'm sixty, single, and spectacular!

Nice to know I'm not alone.

@Tearsoflove I hope he's embarrassed about it some day as well. It is embarrassing.

I asked him what would have been too young. When he was 40 and she was 21? 39 and 20? 38 and 19? 37 and 18?

38 and 23 the first time, 40 and 29 the second. And I'm six years younger than him.

H was sexually abused as a child which is where some of the age related stuff comes from. He was dating much younger women all of his adult life, so not a midlife crisis thing but stemming from something much worse. Has your husband explained why such an age difference?

Daddy issues indeed

And I think the Madonna whore concept can sometimes come into it

WS was 39/40 and his prostitiute he fell in love with and got engaged to was 18........

I think there are some men who want the younger ones to help them feel young.....WS had just started to get grey hairs.....

Sad really

bs13, thank you for starting this thread. Yeah it's a whole 'nother level of "perv" when your husband is a cradle robber. You're not alone.

My XWH was 24 years older than the 19 year old OW, and now is with a 28 year old with same age diff. My oldest daughter is 2 years younger.

Gross. Just GROSS!

I know of a man who left OW#1 who had become BS#2 for OW#2, now wife #3. She is a year younger than his children from BW#1, and he is a year older than her father. Both OW had been babysitters for the children of the BW he left for them.

My SLAWH's AP was only 13 years younger. But when you realize she was 10 on our wedding day, it drives the "ick" factor up. :( I've no idea how old the 2 escorts were; the prostitute was, hmmm, very hard-looking. Don't know her age, either. Younger than me but definitely older looking.
