I've been invited to a garden themed bridal shower. The invitation requested gifts for the couple's garden.

They have an extensive vegetable garden and some greenery around their home.

I am a complete idiot when it comes to gardening and plants. Anyone have any suggestions on a nice gift for them?

I have black thumbs myself. RIP Aloe Brevifolia 2013-2014. So my advice is probably useless, but if they like container gardening a nice pot would be splendid.

I would get a nice gift box from Penzey's Spices that they can use to cook their vegetables.

Every time I have given Penzey's Spices gift boxes, it's been the hit of the party, and it even fits in with this theme!

I like phmh's idea! It's a little something different without going way off theme. Sounds like she will get a plethora or garden gloves, tools, knee pads, pots, etc etc etc

So I vote for thinking out of the box - er in the box with the spices

You can also order a gift certificate over the phone from Stokes Seeds. They have everything and they could choose their seeds. The phone number is on the website

What about a unique piece of metalwork for their garden, like a sundial or an interesting metal sculpture?
