I have noticed within the last few days that if I touch underneath my ankle bone on the outside of my foot (both feet) I feel tingling in my toes. I have never experienced this before.

Also today while at the park with my DD my feet started to feel numb after standing for just a few minutes..they also went numb a few times while driving.

Is this normal? Or something I should worry about?

I don't know if it's normal or not... but I'd see a Dr if it's something new.

Your feet are your mobility... you don't want to lose that.

I started seeing a podiatrist for foot pain after several months... It turned out I had a stress fracture. Now in the area where the fracture was I have a neuroma... a tumor on the nerve.

It's not fun.

I ended up going to the doctor today...the tingling that started Wednesday turned into both feet going numb yesterday after only standing for a few minutes...this morning I woke up feeling fine, but then the numbness of my feet spread into my legs, hands, and arms....it also felt tingly. I felt so weak and tired...and just off.

I called my PCP and went in for blood work....hopefully I will get some results cuz right now i feel crazy.

This could be so many things. My doctor asked me about tingling feet when I went in for my blood work (also cold extremities).

It could also be nothing. But good on you for being proactive.

Alyssa have you had any vaccinations recently?

Like in the past 6 weeks?

Try different shoes and loosen your laces. Be kind to yourself.

I get and have always gotten numb toes when I stand still for a long time in any sshoes it her than Dansko, Clark, or Birkenstock. I have that's called tarsal tunnel syndrome. Worse when pregnant or retaining fluid of course. Comes from a lifetime of working on my feet starting as a kid doing candy striping and being a soda jerk.
