I havent been here awhile because I was stressed out with a lot in my life. I decided to take a mental break from a lot.

I hope you all have been well.

As some of you from way back remember, the town I worked in (and where we livedwhen he met her) was her home town. Her people were there and I had issues with dealing with them.

Well, I am happy to say today is my first day in my new office. I miss my guys from my old office, but my stomach is doing happy back flips right now. Freedom.

Next is to say if I can finally make that other change.

Have a good weekend,

Sully

Time to be my own bff.

Sully! I was just thinking about you the other day. I'm glad that finally things are looking up for a change. How are your kids? Also, how are YOU? Please know that I've thought of you often and prayed that you and your kids were ok.

Just HOW stupid do you think I am, exactly?

Sully,

Glad to see you posting. I hope you are getting closer to peace in your life and that the mental break gave you what you needed.

DS, you are forever in my heart. Thank you for sharing your beautiful spirit with me. I will always try to live by the example you have set. I love you and miss you every day and am sorry you had to go so soon, it just doesn't seem fair.

The kids are doing great. The only "hitch" is to have the school and the special services address my sons behavioral issues this year. He is pdd-nos (now calledASD), impulsive with maybe some adhd thrown in. It wasnt until I found online parent support groups that I understood my 6yrs behavior was normal for his situation. Still, it must be addressed. Since most of his problems are in school, it has to be addressed in school.

More than that...just listening to them makes me laugh. To hear the little guy use bigger words. It makes us all giggle.

My daughter went to her first sleep away (church) church camp this year (camp was across the bridge from my now old office). She had a great time.

My immediate goal is to lose the 50 lbs I gained this last yr. Now that I am not working 56 plus hrs anymore I wont be stress eating. I may also have time and energy to use my new yogart maker.

As for the other stuff that brought me to this site...for sanity reasons I try and keep a mental distance. But I crave companionship and love so who knows what will happen in the future. I have to work on feeling stuck. I made the leap into freedom in my job so I guess that is a start.

Time to be my own bff.
