Just looking for suggestions for a good book for my SO. We've read through a few relationship books, but I would like her to try and work through a few of her issues. At this point I feel it would be the best thing to help me feel more comfortable with our R.

Toxic Parents by Dr. Susan Forward is uh-Mayzing. Very insightful.

Thanks jrazz. I downloaded a sample and plan to pass it along. Any other suggestions welcome. I'm reading through a sample of The Sexual Healing Journey by Wendy Maltz right now.

Can you tell us a little more about the particular FOO issues? That might help.

For example, if your SO's parents were alcoholics, exploring literature about Adult Child of Alcoholics could be really beneficial as well.
