It's good to see this thread again. I need it. My elliptical machine is mocking me again.
Not sure how much exercise I'll get in this week, since I'm still trying to get over the hack out your lungs crud I picked up at work last week. But I'm really hoping I'll be up to exercising by the end of the week. Live your dreams...the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

We hiked 6 miles yesterday. The view from the top of the mountain was awesome.
I am doing 100 percent protein during the day. Eggs, chicken, zero carb protein powder, ff cottage cheese then I add some veggies with my meat at dinner.

We walked about 3 miles yesterday then I did some water aerobics. Just a few minutes. It felt good to get in the water. Got a nice tan out of it.....
Eating plan still a go. On day 5 of eating well. Hope the scale shows it on Saturday it doesn't matter where you go in life ,it's who you have the beside you Posts: 8493 | Registered: Jul 2008 |

I am still not completely over this crud (another sign that I need to be healthier in my lifestyle, but a cold should not take me down like this) and I've been stressing about my kids going off on this so-called vacation with their dad (it is a vacation. whether they'll actually be spending time with their dad is debatable) so I've been comfort eating. This is not a good combination.
The elliptical machine is still mocking me, and gathering dust. I'm thinking I'll be so bored while my kids are gone that exercise might actually seem like a good thing to do. Live your dreams...the future belongs to those who believe in the beauty of their dreams.

Since d-day I've lost 56 pounds on Weight Watchers, I go to the gym almost every day, my muscles are toned, I have a whole new wardrobe, and last week a guy told me I was the "hottest" woman in the room at a big event. I need a boost too. Lost 30 pounds on the infidelity diet but have gained 10 back over the past year.
Now that we are S, I find that I don't take time to make meals. I just eat something simple or take out.
Have to start to be more accountable. I know all the rules - eat less, move more!
Would love to lose 30 pounds but I would be happy just to see the scale move in the right direction.
I'll keep in touch. Posts: 104 | Registered: Apr 2011 |

I was wondering if anyone else has had problems with gaining weight due to the depo shot and being on paxil?
I just looked it up online and it said I should take omega 3 supplements and vitamin E, it said it had something to do with my body not being able to make leptin due to the paxil. I have been wondering why I have not been able to lose weight while breastfeeding my son. I lost alot of weight with my other children while breastfeeding but not this time. I have instead gained 20 lbs in the last 8 months and have been upset as to why.

I could use some advice. I've been eating right, drinking lots of water, exercising 3-4 times a week, but the scale has not budged.
After DDay I lost 14lbs. Since R gained it back. For about a month been trying everything above, but zippo results.
I did buy ankle weights last weekend. Maybe they will help. [This message edited by jo2love at 9:34 PM, June 28th (Tuesday)] Together 7+yrs, Ended R '11

Anyone have a diet plan for people that suck at dieting. I don't have a lot of control over my meals so mostly I try to work with portion size. I've been exercising 3-4 times a week and I drink water as much as I can (being someone who never feels thirsty). I want to get back down 15lbs or so me - tsol, that's all for now Posts: 1202 | Registered: Aug 2010 | From: Canada |
