I missed my regular WW weigh-in on Sunday as I was working my way home from the TX GTG.

I don't dare weigh myself this week!

Back on track with everything which feels great. I traded a night of dancing Saturday night for my Thurs and Sat workouts .

I really tried to watch what I ate and drank all weekend. Save for a pancake breakfast at brunch on Sunday, I think I did fairly well.

My goal this coming Sunday is to have stayed where I was given my traveling.

Killer Body Attack/CXWORX combo class tonight which should kick my butt pretty well.

bumping for our Sunday weigh-ins

I weighed-in at 147.8, so down not quite a half pound since last week. Can't say I'm doing anything in particular, because I still have the creeping crud and my appetite is off due to that. Still haven't exercised any. I still need to take my bike to the bike shop for new tires, but the thought of doing that is...exhausting. Hopefully by next weekend I won't feel quite so tired. Much as I'm loving taking daily naps when I get home from work, I'm not getting much else done, kwim? sigh...

I didn't read all 50 pages... just jumping in here...

I have lost 3 lbs since last Sunday.

I guess I should probably go back and read at the beginning to get the hang of this thread.

But I'm happy about my 3 lbs.

ETA: PS - so is there anything specific I need to know 'bout this thread?

jumping right in is fine. no need to read the old posts, unless you want to.

you can post whatever you want - we'll cheer you on, commiserate, etc.

one thing we have been doing lately is a Sunday weigh-in. Again, post what you want. Pounds lost is what most people are posting, I think. I'm making myself post my actual weight, plus pounds lost (or gained) because I've been losing and gaining the same damn pounds since this thread started. I need more accountability.

Finally! Some more weight loss - 3lbs, i am delighted to report. Elbows have healed so can be active again, but the big difference is I decided to start on the 5:2 intermittent fasting diet. First fast day was easy peasy, second not - I was not nice to be around. But after weeks of nothing, great to see some progress. Am sticking with intermittent fasting for now.

274.6 this week. More focus and hard work to follow.

Anti is today, so I can get over that hump and move forward
and into year 3 with better focus.

Sigh... onward.

I weighed in at 143.2 this morning. That's the lowest number I've seen yet.

I'm not keeping as strict track of what I eat, but definitely still being careful. My goal back in October was to get down to 135, and I'd still like to see that, because I weigh in first thing in the morning before eating anything (but after going to the bathroom ) so that number isn't actually true... it's probably about 5 pounds shy of what I am by the end of the day.

I'd really like to start working on toning up, but with school... I'm struggling to make time. I have two+ months off though, end of next month to the second week of July, and will start working out regularly then. Hopefully by my brother's wedding in September, I'll be into a J Crew size 6.

Same weight here. Can't expect any changes though since I didn't zumba at all this week. Least I didn't gain. I was busy with work appointments, every day! That's unusual for me as I'm contracted and I'm rarely that busy. Of course during 4 out of 5 days, the appointments were later in the day which cut into my workout time. I suppose I could have done a video at home, but I didn't. I'm thinking I need to incorporate more physical activity into my daily routine, especially once the weather gets warmer.

Zumba is the most fun for me to exercise. However, in order for it to be effective, I really need to change my diet. More water. Healthier choices.

I feel like a broken record posting the same things all of the time in this thread.... eventually, things (I) will change, right?

Thanks, NIK!

I made a home-cooked dinner tonight. Something I haven't done much of lately. Mostly because I'm not home to cook, but partially due to being lazy. Not the healthiest meal, but better than pizza or junk food! Chicken strips, mashed potatoes, and peas.

No change in two weeks. Which delights and upsets me, given the TX GTG was thrown in there but I still had a full week back.

Still at -39.6 since 9/2/12. I couldn't even piss away the 0.4 to hit -40.

My guess is I gained a little while away and lost it the following week.

I seem to be plateauing at this loss and need to see what I can do to kick things in a bit. I have a LONG way to go so I think I'll have to analyze my previous weeks and see where I can tweak some changes.

Workouts are going fine, and I've added resistance and inclines to the cardio as well as additional weight on my circuits.

I'm also contemplating adding a Body Pump workout or Spin Class into my weekly mix.

I really need to get my measurements done so I can see what those changes have been.

I LOVE body pump classes. I had to drop my gym membership last year, so it's been a while since I was able to go, but I loved them when I was going.

I forgot to check in yesterday.
I'm down 9lbs from my original weight.

Slow scale, but my clothing is falling off my waist and hips. I'm going to have to take measurements this weekend to see the hard numbers from when I measured almost a month ago.

Exercise is going well (walk/runs and light weights).

Did laps around the local mall today for exercise. Dragged my poor kid along with me.

if ever I needed another example of me stress eating, this week is it. I'm a little anxious about this potential job opportunity I'm hoping to get, and even other people have noticed how much I've been reaching into the candy dish at work.

why am I thinking this week's weigh-in will show me heading in the wrong direction, again. sigh...
