you slather the last big chip with dip, put it in the bag that has only crumbs in it, close the top, shake, then eat the chip/dip ball that is formed.

With Menopause my PMS has changed from premenstrual syndrom to Permanent Moody Syndrome.
I have never done the chip trick but you can bet I will try it.
Whether we remain ash or become phoenix is up to us.

Food loses all appeal.

My phone's taken a severe beating in reacent months.

I pour the chip crumbs into the dip, stir it around and eat it with a spoon.

I have to try that dip n chips idea! Sounds great! I know when I'm PMS ing because DD9 will say" why are you yelling, are gettin your period?" I knwo when DD16 is getting hers- there is no chocolate left in any shape or form, in the house!
