Ellejay and bb, good to see you!

I'm still coughing up lung butter going into Week 3 of this virus. Ugh.

Have to skip my last class today to go home and nap after work.

Handing in my final assignment and I AM OFFICIALLY OUT OF THE EDUMACATION CAR UNTIL SEPTEMBER!!!!

Whooeeee, what a ride.

Waiting for the axe to fall on 50% of my job today.

Doors close, doors open, I'm still going to take my vacation.

I can hear my dear departed Mum whispering in my ear "Seize the day" so I will, and it will be part of my inheritance from her that pays for it all.

Then it will be summer and I'll have more beach time until school starts again.

Lemons, meet lemonade.

Spring! Easter! Passover!

It all means new beginnings, each year, every year. Driving along, late day road trip to PA, blue sky, streams of gray-blue and silvery-white clouds, listening to Sugarland. Suitcase and backpack strapped to top of car. A cob job affair.. Three farting dogs, two kittie wipes, and one coffee can full of lilies and spider plant babies. The latter go into little pots for the nieces. And best of all my favorite person in the whole world by my side.

Care for a Quote From F-nuttz? He came to pick up DS's dog at the house. He asked ( I swear he said this):

"Are you going to retire next year? We [as in he & Nuttzlover] want to buy a house. I mean, I can't control that or anything."

'Twas hard to contain myself. I do admit it was quite fun to invest my share of his deferred comp last Thursday..

Sugarland sure is good driving music.

Edumacation car is full of crazies....

And there are two months left of school.

Hope everyone is doing well.

Been doing renovations at The Cottage. New paint inside, new roof soon, then new paint outside.

Got plans for kitchen renovations in NY, and painting, and new flooring.

Tulips and daffodils and hyacinths a-blooming!

Can't recall if I posted a pic of Travelin' Jack, so will post this anyway.

He is a corker.

Them's be some mouse-killing pawls, for sure.

Glad to hear spring renovation plans are proceeding. Keep GSG away the power tools and all should be well....

Come aboard, new trainees, and grab a kitty wipe, a cuppa tea and a farting dog for company.

Put your feet up and set awhile, just watching the scenery roll by.

FF is *38 sleeps* away from vacay. Can't wait to step onto British Airways business class and start with the champagne and the hot meals. Whoo eee.

Big celebriations planned when I hit Dublin, my home stream.

I am taking this train to go live with my family of origin. We are very close and have supported each other throughout our lives.

I sooooo look forward to this summer with them!

Getting a dirt bike to ride with my bro!

Many shared dinners await me! Good thing, I still have not recovered from the infidelity diet

We are all talking about relocating to Hawaii! We will see!

The train is emerging from the dark tunnel for me, I soo look forward to brighter days!

I Love spring and summer!

So glad I got off the crazy train (still love all things Ozzy though), and boarded this one for good!

Back to my regularly scheduled life as a Rock and Roll Rebel (Did I mention I love Ozzy)!

*bumping for new arrivals*

Here be a place to park yourselves in between the ups and downs of our collective ordeal.

You can relax and just do nothing, go to the Ravi Shan-car and meditate to soothing sitar music, sip tea and eat delicious no-calorie cakes in the Afternoon Tea Salon Car, or run yourself to a lather in the Exercise Car.

I was in the Snoozing Car most of the weekend aside from one marathon bike ride...

So come on aboard, grab a seat and a cocktail if that's what you need. Bar Car is always open.

Newest car: Caffeination Potions and Posies

GSG and I run this one: coffee and flowers. Discovered a couple of really great coffee sites - fabulous coffees of every variety.

LHS, amazing, but we all emerge from that tunnel of darkness.

Here's another good one, with references to the Fucklenuttz: he asked to borrow the rototiller. I do believe when he came to get his bike carrier that he would have come in for coffee with us...sorry, no entry to the train. We might pass out from poisoned air..

FF, hope you get to post some photos when you are on your trip! We are still looking for a place to vacation in July.

Gotta get ready for Zumba! Too bad putting on video of us dancing the Waltz and Tango can't be done....I have one left foot...and that's it. My dance partner has nine right feet...all of them on my left foot

Hi All,
I was one of first aboard the Peace train...I remember the pain and sadness. Guess what? I'm divorced as of 5/23/11 and I feel NOTHING for my xWS. Glad he's gone, never want to see him again.

Hang in there trainees.

Hi FF and TJ..nice to be missed.
I'm stabilized...thats how I feel....after years of crazy.
I'd love a partner but I'm patiently waiting.
I'm exploring the single life. Getting in shape mentally, emotionally and physically for this next chapter of my life.
Sometimes I'm lonely, but I read on SI and know that's okay. I refuse to rush into a relationship. Absolutely no settling. Many years with an NPD so I give too much. Constantly jumping through hoops and exhaust myself trying to please.

PM me anytime

You survived, and that's the main thing! NPDs can be completely exhausting I hear.

Hi TJ and all

Sending some Spring Fever to you although it is coming into Winter here in the Land of Oz. I am busy planting bulbs (a bit late I know) that may or may not sprout in our Spring which will start around September.
I am planting some daffodils, hyacinths (a favourite) and some irises. A planted jonquils last autumn but now I realise I can't stand the smell of them although they look lovely. I hung lanterns on my Crepe Myrtle tree a few days ago. I will send you a picture soon, when the tea-lights are burning.

Hope everyone in good health. Haven't posted much lately as my life has been nuts. Starting a new job on Monday....hooray!!

{{{Ellejay}}} Be sure to check in about your new job!

Our tulips are lovely; planted them last fall. Hyacinths of all colors, several kinds of daffydills . Even have two teeny weeny irises blooming! The god bushes (burning bush) are all a-leaf. Dozens and dozens of lilies coming up. Neighbors are commenting on our curb appeal....

Birthday yesterday...in IWBH's words....may the fourth be with you. I received two lovely gifts. One I a Zuni horse fetish. Turquoisec eyes, and a healing hand on her hip. The other is the most beautiful necklace I have ever seen, design by Michael Michaud. It is a sweet pea pod, with pearls inside for peas. I'll post a photo soon.

Off to a plant sale!

Happy Birthday for Saturday TJ. Hope you had a wonderful day!!!

I started my new job today, it was great. I worked there previously for 9 years until Sir Shagalot asked me to leave 2 and a half years ago to help him set up our business. So it is a bit "deja vu" at the moment. Anyway, I am in a new team of 6 and I think we will all get along famously in the end. Just trying to stay positive but it is a real effort at times.

Hope everyone on the Train are OK. I will catch up again soon when I have more time.

Peace to all.

Love EJ xxxxx
