I'm so sorry for your loss. Just because it was the right thing to do, it doesn't make it any easier.

Thanks to all for the support. It's been such a tough day. My daughter couldn't even finish out the day at school. We are all puffy eyed and have sore noses from blowing them all day.

Love your fur babies while you can. I'd give anything to see his sweet face again.

I'm so sorry about the loss of your sweet boy.

Dogs live such a short time because they are born so good that they don't need to spend much time on earth to be perfect.

Big hugs

(((Punky)))

You're a great doggy mommy. He led a happy, full life. He was loved. He was warm when it was cold out and cool when it was hot out (and that's many days in TX). He was petted, cuddled, played with, and hugged. He lived to a ripe old age. He died with the people he loved. It's better than most of us could ever hope for in our lives.

I love you punk. Hang in there.

I know he had a great life...heck, he lived the life of Riley! I'm really missing him right now. I feel like there is this giant hole in our home. I even miss the dog hair.

Punky, he was so sweet!
I'm so sorry. It's really hard to say goodbye when they've been around for a long time like this. But you did the right thing, certainly.
