Same weight (down 10lbs) but I've lost an inch off my waist and thighs, and a half inch off my hips!

Still walking and I've added in 3 days of yoga as well.

Down 3 lbs this week. Had a great run yesterday. Very unmotivated to do other things to get in shape due to triggers. Need to look into incorporating more healthy snacks. One step at a time.

up a pound from my last weigh-in, but considering how much birthday/Easter celebrating I've done in the last couple of weeks, that's much better than I expected. I'm also due to start my period so I know I'm at least a little bloated.

I really had to rein myself in with the PMS comfort eating. It was so not pretty, and pretty much out of control. I made myself go to the store last Thursday to get healthier foods, so I'd make better choices.

This week's goals - more water, more fruits and veggies, and I have to make myself go to the bike shop to get new tires put on my bike. I'm missing out on some great riding weather.

Not much point weighing in yesterday - Am on second week of serial Easter visitors - finding it impossible to be cooking delicious, varied grub for so many and being sociable AND calory counting for myself. Shall I just throw caution to the wind, temporarily making other things more important than the scales, or will it be a huge regret to regress? This is all so new to me. Can't quite figure out my priorities here.

Edie - How about drinking lots of water and just watching your portion sizes. Instead of eating half a bag of chips, I'll let myself have a handful/serving.

New to this thread - but really working on loving myself

I'm down almost 50lbs since July 2012. Funny part is WH thought I was doing it for someone else. Nope, just me. I walk 3 mornings a week with 2 REALLY good friends (they are the only 2 who know about the A) and use MyFitnessPal to keep track of what I'm eating.

I hope to make stopping here part of my journey -and wish you all success in yours.

I weigh in on Thursdays (everyday was too depressing. Hope this week is a good one, usually .5-2lbs a week. I had forgotten jeans came in sizes smaller then a 16 (lol)

Thursday Morning weigh in - down another 2lbs. Total of 54lbs lost in this journey so far. I'd like to loose 16 more, but very happy with what I have accomplished and where I am.

DS15 and I started Insanity yesterday after school/work. Whow! I'm sore everywhere, especially in the armpit area..ya know doing all those push-ups I can NOT do! It's grueling! We are also drinking Shakeology once a day as a meal replacement. We shall see.

DS just turned 15, he's 5'11" 220 lbs and is also powerlifting and plays football. He wants to tone up in the midsection as I do.

53 yrs old and the mid section is growing. Ugh

Anyway, keep up the good work everyone!

back down the pound from PMS hell week. still can't believe it was only a pound, considering how I was eating.

I have been a lot better this past week. Plenty of veggies, fruits, protein, and water.

Not so good on the exercise, though. I found a 4 week plan that I liked and looked do-able on that I printed out, and started. um, yeah, I'll be repeating week 1 for a while, until I can actually complete all the reps in the 2 sets for all the exercises. I knew I had let myself get out of shape. But I hadn't realized it was as bad as it is.

oh well, nowhere to go but up.

Everyone is doing wonderful. All of your posts encourage me to keep going.

I lost .9 lb this week. Total loss for this year is 17.7 lbs.

I am starting to lack motivation to exercise. This is the time last year when I stopped eating right and exercising. I need a swift kick.

Down 1/2 a pound this week. Haven't been keeping track of what I'm eating and I've haven't been running since I pulled a calf muscle on Monday. It feels good today and I've been icing it and have had it wrapped up so I'll see where it is Tuesday.

Am up 2 lbs - very unsurprising given how i have over-indulged over the last two weeks with a constant stream of house-guests. Am surprised its not even more - it was SO nice to eat ice cream again. Think I got off lightly.

Am looking forward to getting back to simpler food and working out starting tomorrow.

I need a swift kick.

Consider yourself kicked Jo - have you time to do a 10,000 step a day challenge with me this week? Don't worry if not, but i shall be going for it, weather permitting.

I might have lost a pound. It's hard to tell without a digital scale... 4 more to go and I'm upgrading my scale!! Still doing well ordering water while out to eat. This week I'm going to try for a bottle of water a day and mark it down on my paper as I go. I'm one of those checklist people who needs things in writing to see progress. Maybe this will help me to get the water I need. Other than when I'm out to eat and at bowling, I rarely drink water.

I'm going to boot camp after zumba tonight. The theme last week was abs and legs. It will be the same workouts this week.

I need to find my measuring tape. I want to see if there has been any changes since the last time I measured myself. Of course I can't find it when I actually want to use it!

Weigh-in yesterday: Down another 2.4, for a total loss of 44.2 since 9/2.

Oh, and I fell on my ass at Zumba on Friday night.

I think it was the floor at the Y.

Our exercise programs and schedules change this week, which is going to be a welcome change for me. I'm going to be taking Body Attack every Sunday morning so my consistent workout schedule will be Tuesday evenings (Body Attack/CXWORX combo); Thursday evenings (Regular workout - 45 min. cardio; 45 min. weight training; 30-45 min. core work); Sunday mornings (Body Attack).

I spoke to my trainer about adding a spin class (my goal is to get into it by June) and she recommended Cycle Plus Yoga. It's 30 min. spin/30 min. Yoga. Anyone ever take this?

I feel so lazy next to all of you doing zumba.

little turtle - I rotate. One day is lifting with dumbbells and arm exercises w/o weights.
Then I have 2 days of 4 different types of crunches (70 each). 2 days of legs. Nothing crazy. Stand up lift leg backwards 10 times, then to the side, and forward. 7 sets of 10 each for both legs.
