Up a tad bit - .2 pounds, which actually pleased me as Summer Shandy is back (my FAVORITE beer) and I had to make sure this season's "crop" was good.
Had chicken breast, veggie blend, couscous, and a fruit salad for dinner. Pumped for my weigh in tomorrow!
I found these yummy chicken patties at the grocery! They are the WW brand and come in a box of 8. The box says chicken burgers and they are 3 WW points. Even the 11 year old DS loves them! Yummy on the grill!

Does anyone else have a Nike FuelBand? it counts the calories you burn throughout the day.. and it also has a point system (that I'm not sure I understand yet...) my goal everyday is to reach 2,000 points..... I feel like I've done nothing today and I've already burned 322 calories.. (ran a few errands.. vacuumed the car, grocery store..)
I got one yesterday and it's amazing how many calories you burn in a day...!! I DEF haven't been eating enough food to net 1,300 calories....

Discouraged again today. My weekly weigh in shows no loss or gain. I added 45 minutes of workout time (dance cardio and Pilates) 5 of the last 7 days and haven't changed my eating habits at all. My only results - super sore muscles and worse sleep. Ugh.
Has anyone been to the barre classes at Exhale or somewhere else? My amazing SIL bought me a three-pack of classes and I went last night, my muscles were literally shaking in some of the poses! Hopefully that's normal...

I've struggled with my weight my entire life. I was doing OK until Dday, then after the initial loss I started self-medicating with comfort food. No excerise because it was just took too damn much energy to get out of bed and go to work every day.
For some reason I'm ready now. My short term goal is to lose 6 pounds. I'll stay under 1350 calories per day and walk a minimum of 40 minutes 5 days a week.
Mid-term I want to lose 20 pounds. Long-term goal is 45ish - I'll know when I get there.
I am having the hardest time trying to be consistent with exercise.
Th simple truth is that I do not have time. My entire day is taken up with preparing meals for DD (an athlete so healthy meals are important to her), commuting, working, and sleeping. Come 8 oclock at night and I want to just chill a bit and watch a show (but I still have to clean the kitchen on most nights after the show...). On top of that my work has been crazy full of meetings so I don' even have time to take a walk a lunch when the weather is nice.
Yes, I know these are excuses. But they are also my reality. I DID exercise tonight... and it is 1:45 AM when I am done. THAT is my life. At least when DD is "in season" for her sports. Otherwise we can have frozen crap or fast food and everyone gets a break.
OK, I will stop whining now. The good news is that I DID exercise tonight and I can make up sleep over the weekend.
Maybe you can get up alil earlier than you usually do, and do a morning workout..? or alil morning walk b4 work..?
I'm also down another .6 lbs :)

Lifted weights yesterday and today I am sore. But, I'm going to my first kickboxing class in the AM.

Took an unexpected trip out of town this past weekend and ate terribly. Then, my H kept the kids so I could enjoy a day alone in town. I had lunch and dessert (creme brûlée, ah). I didn't work out the three days I was gone. Somehow, I still lost .2lbs. Yay me! Back into proper eating and exercise as of yesterday. Hopefully next week will show better results.
I'm still plugging along. Have stayed in my calorie range every day and have been good with water, but not so much on the exercise.
So far the scale hasn't budged, but I've gotta keep plugging. I'll do the "official" weigh-in on Friday.
Tonight is a girls GTG with wine and appetizers. I've planned my meals to leave room for a big glass of wine and some veggies with a little wiggle room in case something else catches my eye.

I keep forgetting about this thread! I'm down 40 pounds. I went from a size 20 last Feb to a size 12 yesterday! Yes...yes...the 12 is tight and I have more muffin top than a bakery, but, I wore them!
Can't wait for spring to finally get here. I want to walk outside again!

I'm up 1.8 today which I am completely blaming on the Badgers basketball team's run in the NCAA tourney coinciding with the release of Leinenkugel's Summer Shandy.
I pretty much took the entire month of March off. But now that birthday month is over, it's time for me to get serious about exercising again. Even prior to birthday month the number on the scale was going upward and the pants are not fitting so well right now. I've got an activity tracker and I can see how I'm moving a lot less at this job than the last one. It's making a big difference, so now I need to do something about that.
Wore a pair of size 16 jeans tonight that I have NEVER been able to wear before. In November, I could not even get them up past my thighs!
