I'm so glad to be posting that the house drama is finally done. XSH (ex-shithead) had the balls to ask me to flip him some money. Um, nope. You walked away leaving me to foot all the bills for a year. You get nothing. As per the legal agreements.
Now on to my very exciting new beginning with my own place.
