Has anybody ever tried Sensa? did it work?

Menopause is kicking my appetite into high gear, and I am getting desperate.

I've never tried it, but I was curious as well. The reviews I saw (and verbals from a couple of family members) say it doesnt work.

booo.

I am working and going to school full-time so I am not taking the time I need to exercise.

I know it's best to do it the "right" way, but thought I would ask.

I just don't know what the heck to to anymore. GRRR

They use deceptive marketing techniques, which is a big red flag to me. For example, when I looked at their website that say in big bold letters that you can get a free sample. BUT the only way to get the sample is to buy 3 months of product. And the only way to get the price to so sign up! Oh, and it is auto-renewing so you have to call to cancel or they automatically charge your credit card.

Any company that will go to that great lengths to rip me off is obviously ripping me off!

I have a friend who has done nothing but rollercoaster her weight on it.

At the beginning she had remarkable results. Two years later, the weight has crept back.

I wouldn't recommend it.

I heard you can get the same results from sprinkling cornstarch on your food - just empty filler.

It's available to buy at Sam's Club, a friend of mine is using it she's lost a little weight says she feels more full and drinks lots of water. I almost bought it but am not convinced it would benefit me.

If you're wanting something that will work, try Alli. It blocks some of the fat you consume and when you exercise with the pills(even a couple of times a week), you will have great results. If you go that route, do NOT under any circumstances eat a high fat meal...you will regret it. It is recommended for up to six months at a time.

I took it over the course of four months and lost 20lbs total. I have gained the weight back, but that's because I stopped taking it and went back to my old habits I am seriously thinking about restarting it, because I had good results before...I will just HAVE to stick to the plan this time One of my favorite parts of the Alli plan is the online food/calorie tracker.
