Congratulations on a kick-ass day at work!

Anyway, wishing you a mellow Wednesday. Funny how the crap we share on here does help with the tough stuff in teaching, doesn't it? You're absolutely right about that.
You rock. Fingers crossed for a low-key day tomorrow.

I have a special ed kid who is now on an IEP (3rd grade this year). I know how much work it is as a parent, let alone a teacher who must assist not only my son, but teach a classroom full of other kids.
I want to thank you for the work you do every day. Your patience and care is so important to your students, and to their parents. Every single time I interact with my son's classroom teacher, intervention specialist, and special help teachers, I cry out of overwhelming thankfulness for all they do. My son is making progress, and it's wonderful people like you that make that happen.
On behalf of all of us parents, I'm so sorry you had a rough day, but so very glad you are helping us shape our children.
