My MC wants me and wh to read this book. Has anyone read it? I would live to hear thoughts about it.

It is very good. It is a bit technical and dry, but the information on enmeshment is excellent.

The author has a more current book called Intimacy & Desire which is not so technical and dry.
I have read both, and gotten something out of each. You seem to be far enough out that I would think you should get good things out of it.
We have a tendency to think the love offered us is a reflection of our worth and value. But in actuality,it's a reflection of the person that is giving it.We love out of who WE are-not because of who the receiver is.At least in terms of real love.TSMF
