So I haven't posted here in a very long time but an incident this past weekend involving WH and OW just has to be told. Last Sunday early evening as I was just stepping out to do some grocery shopping, WH calls me (in panicked, disturbed voice) that he has a problem and proceeds to tell me how OW just told him that she pressed charges against him that involved a big, physical fight between them. I was not at all surprised since this has happened before. Their relationship has always had their shares of physical abuse from one another. This time around he said that they were throwing things at one another. Her pick of an object was a dinner plate as told to me. He went to the nearest police precinct to actually find out if she did press charges and the policeman said that he did not find anything in his name. On top of all that, he said that she would not allow him to release his stuff as he spent the night at a friends house out of anger and frustration. Supposedly she is going to her country for a few months on vacation and he will stay at the apartment so I'm not sure of the current situation. Again, you can trust him as far as you could throw him and that goes for her too. You see girls, what comes around, goes around so don't fret! Prayer is also a powerful thing!! He says he going back to the apartment for financial reasons because his friends' apartment is too far from his place of work and the gas is too expensive right now. He said he will be "civil" too her so that she won't have an excuse to file domestic charges against him. I don't have her on my facebook as I blocked her but my daughter said that they are no longer friends on it. BTW, I haven't told anything to my daughter and I plan to keep it this way until I know for sure what the is going on with their relationship. Has anyone experienced similiar where the cheating spouse broke up, rekindled, and broke up again?

Wow. That's a lot of drama. I think if ex-shat called me up with that sad little tale I would have said something to the effect of, "Well that fucking sucks dude. I gotsta go clean the lint out of my navel."

I would have a hard time not bursting into laughter if my STBX called me up with a tale like that.

Why is he calling you about his drama with OW?? Why would you even want to listen to it?? Don't let him drag you or your child into their mess. You need to enforce NC with XWH and let them lead their messed up lives without you. Do not involve your child in their drama either. That is no longer your place to tell your daughter anything about what they are up to. (((HUGS)))
