My XWH is finally getting what he wants--- the OW to be divorced.

I tried 3 times to tell the HOW that they were having an affair and to plz call my atty before they get a d. He works out of state and thinks my XWH is his friend.

He didn't believe me, said I was crazy.

He is getting a D from her bc they don't get along and she's convinced him this is the way to stay civil.

I happen to know they are getting a D because my XWH was texting his wife 200 times a day, but the judge put a rest order that I cannot show anyone the texts bc they were subpoenaed from his work.

Is is totally crazy for me to try one more time to contact him or go to the courthouse to try to talk to him again. He does not have an atty! He is going with his wife's atty!

me BS 52
him - 46
married 15 years DIVORCED 10 31 12
children - ds15 ds12
d-day 12-19-11
I gave a 24hour ultimatum then went to attorney next day
Divorce filed

Are you talking about the STBXBH using her attorney?

Isn't that a conflict of interest?!

Well, if all said and done, he's willing to do that, you can't save him. So save yourself and do what you can for you.

Admirable of you to want to help him, but if he doesn't take it, well - that's okay too. Sad for him, but now focus on you.
