I can do this.
I have done this.
I will continue to do this.
DESPITE THE INCREDIBLE ROLLER COASTER OF EMOTIONS THESE LAST FOUR YEARS.
I am strong!
I am looking forward!
Memory and hope; one looks backward, and the other forward; one is of today, the other of tomorrow.

I wish I could keep up with my days. All I know is 3 months from yesterday I'll have 5 years. And I remember a time when 5 days was unfathomable.
Keep it up. It's an amazing life and just keeps getting better.
